The New Dawn Resorts will create an integrated hospitality and leisure development that will include a Four Star hotel, European boutique shopping mall, office space, world-class conference center, cinema complex, and up-Market Extended Stay hotel.
The international branded four star hotel will include 275 rooms + is planned to provide a broad compliment of hospitality choices such as a casino and a choice of international restaurants and lounges. Modern rooms, with advanced in-suite entertainment systems, will set the standard for comfort. The hotel will be independently owned and professionally managed.As an alternative to the hotel, 100 full service executive apartments will be available for corporate, government and individual use. Facilities will include modern business services such as translators, secretarial support, and short term office suites with private conference rooms. For health and relaxation, a beautifully landscaped pool and lounge, fitness center, and sauna will be available.
To create a city within a city, New Dawn Resorts will have a meandering seaside board walk weaving through small interesting shops and small cozy outdoor cafes. And for casual tropical entertainment, an informal musical amphitheater will host local Ghanaian musical talent to enhance the West African experience. Completing the development will be a six acre amusement Water Park that will provide entertainment for visitors and guests of all ages. The Water Park will have a variety of pools, water slides, and refreshment areas opened year around.
